Privacy Policy

Cordelle is a team organizer for players of the mobile game Bingo Frenzy. It is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Vertex Games or Bingo Frenzy. The app is provided by Dawn Brister ("we"). Questions: hello@getcordelle.com.

What we collect

Your player name (as your team admin adds it) and a 4-digit PIN. The PIN is stored scrambled (hashed), never as plain numbers.
Your team activity in the app: which album cards you still need, cards and ingredients you log as sent, exchange lists, your MAXED status, time off dates.
Chat: messages, reactions, polls, and photos or videos you choose to send.
A profile photo, if you add one.
Phone settings the app uses: your language, your time zone, and, if you turn on alerts, a notification code for your phone.
Suggestions you send to your admins.

We do not collect your real name, address, payment card details, or your game account login. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

Only to run the app for your team: showing who needs which cards, keeping fair list order, chat, alerts, translations, and the helper bot.

Who can see it

Your team sees your name, your card list, what you logged, and chat messages in the chats you share.
Your team's admins also see admin tools such as the activity log and weekly sending report.
We (the app provider) can access your team's data only to run, fix, back up, or support the app.
Each team's data is kept in its own separate, private database. Other teams cannot see it.

Services we use

Google Firebase / Google Cloud stores the app and its data and sends alerts.
Google translation and Google Gemini AI translate chat messages and answer questions asked to the Frenzy Bot. The text of those messages is sent to Google for that purpose.
Stripe handles the team subscription payment. Stripe receives the payment details directly from the team admin who pays; we only see whether the team’s subscription is active and when it renews, never the full card number.

We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

While your team uses the app. If a team stops using it, we delete that team's data within 60 days of a written request from the team's admin, or 12 months after the subscription ends, whichever comes first. Chat videos may be removed earlier to save space.

Your choices

You can remove your profile photo, mute chat alerts, or turn alerts off at any time.
To have your information removed, ask your team admin to remove you from the team, or email us at hello@getcordelle.com.

Age

The app is for adults (18+), the same as Bingo Frenzy.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and let team admins know.
