1. An independent fan tool

This app helps Bingo Frenzy teams organize. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Vertex Games or Bingo Frenzy. "Bingo Frenzy" is a trademark of its owner. The app does not connect to the game, does not automate anything in the game, and does not buy, sell, or trade game items for money. All sending happens inside the game using the game's own features. You must also follow the game's own Terms of Service.

2. Who can use it

Adults (18+) who are members of a team that uses the app. Your team admin adds you and can remove you.

3. Subscriptions

• Each team has one monthly subscription that covers everyone on the team: $25 a month for teams of up to 20 players, $40 a month for 21–40 players. New teams get a free trial; after it ends, a team admin subscribes to keep the app working for the whole team. Prices are shown before paying.
• If the team grows past 20 players (or shrinks back), the subscription moves to the matching price from the next monthly bill.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see the full card number.
• It renews each month until a team admin cancels. Admins can cancel any time in ⚙ Settings → Team subscription; the app keeps working until the end of the month that was paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.
• If a payment fails and isn’t fixed within a few days, the team’s access pauses until it is paid. The team’s information is kept safe.

4. Using the app respectfully

Do not use the app to harass anyone, post illegal or hateful content, share other people's private information, sell game accounts or items, or try to break or misuse the app. Team admins may remove messages and members; we may suspend a team or user who breaks these rules.

5. Your content

You own what you post (messages, photos, videos). You allow us to store and show it to your team so the app works. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

6. No guarantees

We work hard to keep the app running, but it is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for anything that happens in the game itself (for example, cards sent to the wrong person or changes the game makes).

7. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or the app. If the changes are important, we will tell team admins before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA. If a disagreement can't be settled by talking with us first, it will be handled in the courts of Mississippi.
